No... You never know who will drop and keep you. Rank them in order how you like them and you will be given ALL the ones who asked you back (well, all that you can get back based on the numbers of parties each round) Even if the top their sororities make up the first half, if they drop you, you'll be given the other sororities down the list that you didn't rank as high. So really no matter how you rank them, you're going to get invites back from the sororities who did not cut you, regardless of how high up they are.
