With more sorority membership being more popular these days, we also have more legacies rushing. In my pledge class alone, there were 43 legacies (not just to our chapter, but to our sorority as a whole), and there were more legacies going through recruitment than the size of an entire pledge class. Legacy (unless you're a double or triple legacy to that chapter or have a sister in house) does not really mean that much anymore because it doesn't really make you special because there are so many legacies. It really only gives you a courtesy invitation to the second round--the rest is on the pnm. Have you ever considered that your daughter did not fit in with the current actives in your house?
