They don't have to provide any sort of reason. As a sorority member, you should know that. A number of the sororities on campus (especially the "holy 6") could fill two or three pledge classes with legacies. They CANNOT pledge every legacy. Nor would they want to. How long ago was this? Wasn't it 20 or more years ago that SGA was suspended? How long are you going to hold onto this? Listen, I understand - my daughter was completely dropped by all the groups, despite having friends in many of them and being a legacy. I will NEVER know why...and neither will you. It obviously didn't bother your daughter. She went on to pledge another group and had a highly successful college career. She is living HER life....you can't relive YOURS through HER. Take joy in today! You probably have grandchildren now - enjoy them now, and let the past stay in the past! God bless you and your family...and Roll Tide!
