If you're at, say, Texas or Texas Tech it'd be a slight downgrade, but there're a large number of schools, particularly in the South, where this Delt chapter would be an upgrade. It's among the affiliated chapters, albeit one of the weaker ones right, but it's still one of the better houses at Bama overall.
