Hi everyone, I'm currently in high school and I have recently been looking at colleges. University of Alabama really caught my eye when I saw how spirited they were and I have been interested ever since! However, I'm from the North (Maryland) and I'm nervous I won't know people that could write me recommendations. I am motivated to be in a sorority to meet new people and have a group of really good friends. My dad was in Pi Kappa Alpha at PITT and told me it was the most fun he has ever had! I still have around a year to look at colleges, but will be applying shortly after that. If anyone was wondering, I have a 3.5 GPA. So can anyone help give me advice as to what I should do, or are sororities at 'Bama motivated only by legacy? Thank you so much!
