c said "while you might not be able to tell who I am by the positive rankings I gave you can tell who I am not by the negative rankings. " So I think we can rule out Gamma Phi Beta but just because c gave straight 5s to AXO and XO back in Sept. we can not rule them out. I might be that c is one of those why else would c give them straight 5s. Did c give anyone else straight 5s or bad rankings?
