I'm from around that area and currently go to school here. Since you're from up north, you will most likely go new row. New row fraterities that you may fit well in are theta chi, pike, pi kapp, or maybe phi delt. They all throw great parties and hangout with what's considered "the hot sororities"( Zeta and Phi Mu). Alpha Phi mixers in sometimes with those fraternities, but they aren't known as much for looks. Good luck.
