After recent years they've fallen big time. So much so that they now are doing spring rush. The chapter is in huge flux right now and their monetary situation may make them give up their house until they can bring their numbers back up. You could honestly do worse, but they by no means pull the best girls. They do better than most of the new row houses, but as of right now they're pretty far from being better than Pike, Pi Kapp, and Theta Chi.
