But what happened to Phi Delt (and longer ago, KE) CAN happen to one of the 4.5 strong old row houses left (I think EN sucks, but that it is temporary). A slower death could happen to KA (or a little slower for SAE) if they continue to pass up OOS talent in favor of only 'Bama kids. Money is nice, but if everyone thinks you suck, word gets out eventually and your house will crash and burn.
