Sometimes the tiers rotate or fluctuate. For example, a house like KE may take advantage of Beta's probation and come back strong and move up a tier and Beta may move down one...just an example. Each of these houses is good in their own way. You cant really compare KA to Pike, but they're both good houses, just different types of individuals.
