Yes! I feel the exact same way. I've been in for a full year and i absolutely hated recruitment week. They're always nagging on us to show up for events and volunteer for stuff and I do. Yet, I don't have that much fun, I'm not recognized for being consistent and hard working at in being at every event AND panhellenic meetings, and I'm not close with anyone. It just isn't benefitting me at all and is draining.
