I'd put Theta above DZ and Phi Mu above Theta. It's true that Zeta is low. They only take people with a huge social media following regardless of gpa and they just party. Grades and activities other than frat related don't matter to them. Their reputation has sunk on campus in the last 3 years. Everyone knows SK shouldn't be ranked 3rd highest on campus.
