"Traditional Rankings" is pretty accurate. The fraternities that usually throw the best parties, as well as get the best rushees are normally SAE, DKE, and KA. Though a lot of good rushees go to Sigma Nu and Phi Gam. Theta Chi has also risen to be a pretty good house. Bottom line: If I was a guy rushee, I would definitly not reject a DKE, SAE, or KA bid because those three are known to be the "top tier". Everyone has thier own opinion and will likely debate my stance, but my stance is very valid.
