It is Gamma Phi again. No way they are above DZ, APhi. They are tied or below Theta. AOII is a stronger house than GBP. As to the top row...I think PM, KKG, KD, DDD probably. AXO, XO, AGD follow with very high gpa requirements..then for middle it is ZTA, APhi, Pi Phi.
