Good job. It does need to be pointed out that 1) There are December graduations, so not every member lost between Fall and Spring is a drop. Graduations vary each December. The average tends to be 95% retention from Fall to Spring so anything around there is fine. 2) Also for GPA reference: Fall sorority average was 3.5, Spring sorority average was 3.53. This doesn't vary much from year to year. Any sorority with a 3.5 is doing fine.
