Pi kapp is very northern, boys are brunette city boys from jersey, ny, those areas. Theta chi is city boys too but more Chicago, Atlanta, Florida. Still same look and act tho. Sigma chi is new row but very southern. Most atl, alabama, Tennessee boys. My fav out of the three. Best variety of looks and location. Def a mix of boys tho
