I stated the criteria and the source above. The source is the UA Greek academic reports. I used the semester membership numbers on those reports. I calculated the retention % number for each group for each semester then I averaged the two semesters to get the full academic year of 2023/2024. Pretty simple. I am not an Aphi but after I looked at the real numbers compared to top groups at Bama I thought some perspective should be posted.
