Not really. There are girls in both groups in each house. Some houses are more conservative than others though. For instance, DDD, AXO, XO are politically conservative. While I guess you could say that Theta and APhi tend to lean more left politically. But this is Alabama, so in general the students are more conservative , regardless of Greek affiliation.
