Over the last several years Zeta has done everything right. They are recruiting attractive girls and those girls are working harder after accepting their bids. They are making solid grades, taking leaderships positions, and building the reputation of Zeta while still socializing. You can't argue much longer that Zeta isn't a top house. Sure, some houses are still considered top and are maintaining what they have, but Zeta is no longer where they were in the past. Everyone sees is happening and I applaud Zeta for their hard work. Goes to show you if Zeta can do it any house can make a plan to move up the ranks. It might take many years, but it can happen.
