Yes there are houses that are ranking top most of the time. Alpha chi, phi mu and tri delt. Zeta’s 2023 president and her Rush committee did an EXCELLENT job recruiting for their PC 2023. Why? Their grades have improved. I think ZTA will always be a top choice for the “gorgeous” girls, but they’re now getting members that are honors students with their appearance being not as important. PM is doing the same.
