I said most...not 100% but most do get their 1st choice. It is just amazing how much you know about one particular house that is not your own. You personally know aphis who dropped? Is this your vendetta/revenge then? You are putting a lot of effort to get pnms not to select aphi. What are you? A stalker? Do you stalk them in person? You know that is illegal, right? fyi - Every single house has at least one new member who decides after bid day that the house is not right for them and they drop. Keep up this targeting of aphi and people will wonder why you are spending so much time on a house you say is not competition. Your actions speak louder than all of your words.
