Move Kappa Sig up a tier with Beta, Delt and DX. Those 4 houses are pretty interchangeable and tend to pledge the same types of guys. Move Phi Psi in back of those 4. Regardless of having a house on University, phi psi just isn’t as fun and wild as a Beta, Delt, DX or Kappa Sig party. Everything else looks good.
