If someone wants a social house and not an academic pressure house like agd or axo (both gpa = 3.8) then aphi is ranked higher. Socially aphi, pm, zta, kkg are all similiar. This is known on campus. There is another recent thread somewhere on this site where all the participants said the party houses are kkg and aphi.
