You draw conclusions that you want to draw. All sororities take large new member classes in the fall. How many years do you want to go back? All sororities replace 50% of their memberships in two years because that is how many two classes of seniors graduating will add up to. Each senior class is about 25% of each group. Two years of stats is 50%. It seems you can not be objective. You have a bias against one particular sorority - probably for some personal reason.
