Facts: Aphi took 30 DZ took 13 Gphi took 11 Aphi took 30 having already taken 204 in fall trying to get to campus total. They replaced way over half their membership in 2 semesters and still couldn't hit campus total. That is not retention it's continual replacement of continual drops. They can't afford to be very selective since they need members, which is why they just took nms with a gpa of 2.35.
