You know there are at least 8 other sororities here there are better and higher ranked than Zeta or APhi, right? It’s fine if ahead of time you’ve decided you think you want one of those two, but you’re settling for a middle house (or mid-bottom with Alpha Phi). You should aim for higher and then if you don’t get in a better house those are great options to have as back ups when all else fails.
