Well the right side is that the SAE chapter came back last May as an officially recognized chapter at UT and this incident happened before then so it wasn't an SAE chapter. They will have to sue the rogue organization if they want to sue something but it doesn't exist any longer so IDK. But if a case actually gets to court there are plenty of witnesses as to the part that this guy played in his own beat down. Meanwhile, they aren't shutting down the chapter, petition or not. What some kid thinks in Alabama isn't going to persuade the UT administration one bit.
