I think u r really on to something with this ranking. I liked how u divided up tiers by south and OOS. My only issue is that I don’t think kkg should be tier 1. It’s very southern and not really wanted by OOS. I do recognize that it is more wanted by southerner than kd and agd. This is also the rush pipeline for southern and OOS. I agree that tier 1 is most desired during rush.
