insincerity? she's a senior in high school, is she supposed to have won a gold medal in the olympics to do better in rush? the true answer is, just continue with any volunteering/extracurricular activities you are doing now, and get your GPA as high as possible. that's it! while having a good resume is helpful, this will really only matter for Convocation Round (which is usually just GPA cuts). let the girls get to know YOU! they are looking for friends, and your resume will reflect what you have done so far. good luck!
