^Just fyi, houses get quota additions in addition to quota. Aphi took 204 last fall with quota basically the same as this fall. If you don't know how many a house took during recruitment, you don't know how many they took over quota. Also, you don't know the chapter total set for last spring, so you don't know how far they were under, which is irrelevant anyway. Every house loses seniors. Chapter total is reset after recruitment.
