The problem that Piphi has is that several groups that Piphi considers beneath them got off the cob list: Zeta, Gphi, Dz, and Aphi - while they qualified to cob for the 1st time in a long time joining Adpi and a few others including the new sorority who is getting their house built. The trend appears to be Zeta, Aphi, Gphi, Dz up and Piphi down.
