I dropped my top ranked house in week 3 last year. Not sure how even got a bid form them. I knew I didn’t belong almost immediately. Two other girls dropped with me. All the other girls already had friends from home in our new member class and nobody was welcoming. Nobody seems to care that we dropped. I spent the rest of the year hanging with my roommates and their friends in their house. I did recruitment again this year as a sophomore and ended up in one of their houses. I’m so happy. Follow your gut. Give it 2-3 more weeks and then decide. It’s too much money and time to keep trying to just fit in. I’m so happy this year.
