That is called a snap bid and happens within the 1st few days of formal recruitment. Those new members are counted as part of the new class. So if this is true Piphi's official new member class includes this snap bid. It is not cob and panhel would never count it as such. Well - you are anon and who knows if what you are saying is true. Probably you are a Piphi and are trying to deflect attention. And why not bash Aphi again in the process? Being eligible to cob is not an embarrassment. It is an opportunity.
