Top row is in no particular order and it depends who you ask. No one will ever let new row houses appear on the top row on Greek rank. Boys definitely have new row favorites ( hurts some or girls feelings but true). Girls - new row houses are moving up in grades and are being more involved on campus. So I see a lot of southern girls going new row each year
