it was a good year to be a weak recruiting chapter that could sit back and take all the members the stronger chapters had to all cut because rfm made stronger houses cut literally 2000 pnms before philanthropy and the weaker chapters got to sit back and meet everyone and take their pick. Everyone did so well but this was a strange year and tons of girls got shut out completely
