I think it was mostly the Kylan drama, her fakeness and extreme over posting. The girls rushing this year seemed to be looking for something more authentic that last year’s class. Not that Alpha Phi is even close to being authentic, but they’re not as fake as Zeta. I think it helped other houses as well. Chi O had the best class for Old Row and PBP, ADPi and even DZ all had their best classes in years. Gamma Phi did really well too compared to last year. Zeta’s losses helped all the other New Row houses.
