She was late to her first invitational. Therefore not eligible for quota addition If the chapter/s she went to for preference had not met quota she would have been in that class. RFM makes that a tight game to play. She should be eligible for open recruitment Especially from the chapter/s that had her at preference as they may have spaces to fill to get to quota after girls drop, or to campus total after it is reset.
