Morgan misunderstood. Calls START at 6:30 and are finished by 7:30. They are instructed to answer the phone during that hour. The Rho Chi has said, through others, that she called as soon as she found out… and it was not late. Morgan just misunderstood the timing. As for the poster that showed up on bid day with no bid… she preffed two houses and ranked both. This shouldn’t have happened, she should have been a quota addition… if the story is true.
