Not true. For instance both KKG and DDD are top houses. It all depends how many seniors graduate in Dec. Most houses have 400+. It is possible to have a year where many seniors, who could be 1/4 of the members (100), graduate at mid-year. Also the op is not smart. They added any cob new members to the number of people who graduated. A lot of houses will cob in the spring to replace mid-year graduates if they are under campus total. The op double counted.
