At least in my sorority, legacies are considered higher than any other PNMs. They get more consideration and are a higher priority because, at least for is, we really care about retaining our legacies, especially if they are legacies to the Alabama chapter or have a sister who is in house. Girls that have sisters that are in house now are pretty much already considered part of our sorority. But being a legacy doesn't guarantee you a bid so don't count on your legacy house to take you of you have nothing going for you. We have cut multiple girls that were double legacies for that so don't just assume you're safe.
