Bumping this because this is the absolute truth right now and going into Fall rush. It could be argued that XO and Zeta should be swapped (XO in tier 2 and Zeta in tier 1). The Zeta haters will come out full force on that one. Whether Zeta is loved or hated is THE controversy with every rank. I also think ADpi is becoming more and more irrelevant especially now that so many NR houses are increasing in popularity among PNMs. ADpi isn’t popular with top Southern PNMs and has little to offer to OOR PNMs. They are a very strange combo and there are several houses in Tier 3 that I’d rather be in because they are more fun. IMO.
