This one’s pretty good about putting house in tiers. The ranks in the tiers aren’t totally accurate. DZ is now better than Pi Phi and ADPi in terms of popularity, recruitment and social. Nobody who cares about their reputation would want Aphi. They are toxic inside and outside of their house. Would much rather be a part of the sisterhood of any other house on this campus. KD is too high in its tier. They are desirable and relevant to a very small group of girls. Theta is moving up and definitely outperformed all the houses other than Aphi (that house still somehow convinces PNMs they have a good sisterhood) in their tier for the last 3 years of recruitment. SK has a great sisterhood but no mansion. It hurts them.
