Don't agree on this one. Sorority members may not contact pnms prior to formal recruitment whether they know them or kind of know them. It is not just bid promising that is considered dirty rushing, but even contact with a pnm is considered dirty. It is telling a pnm that you're excited to meet them or see them during recruitment. It might be telling them your sisters can't wait to meet them or your house is excited to have them. It is when you make that contact and give a pnm that feeling they might be handed a bid. This goes on in person, private chats, snap, and group me. It's wrong.
