It’s a NR house and doesn’t really draw any of the top Southern girls. I’m sure it will elevate as campus demographics continue to change. I would not really rank the houses within the tiers because each house has its own vibe and returns during rush are likely very similar within the tiers. Someone who cares about sisterhood may choose DG or Theta over DZ or Gphi, or someone who cares more about partying, is going to prefer Aphi over AGD in that tier. They are totally different houses but not really better than the other per se to all PNMs. An AGD girl would be miserable in Aphi and vice versa.
