My take was pretty similar to the other person: DKE, SNU, KA - classic old school, old row, very southern, mostly connected, very Alabama SAE - same as above but seems not as pure Alabama Phi Gam - wants to be like the top row but just not anymore Phi Delt - old row but not as connected and not necessarily as old school southern or relevant ATO - kind of a nerdy old row feel but smart new row Pi Kap - interesting mix of far north partiers with far south partiers Pike - far north party guys Sigma Chi - good mix of guys from all over Theta Chi - a mix of everything above but weird in a weird kind of way Sig Ep - If you can’t get a nerdy house above Beta - if you can’t get a party house above Phi Psi - if you can’t get a northern house above If you don’t get in these go to Jefferson and see where you think will fit in best.
