Houses on University are not "regular" frats-they're fraternities with a house on University Blvd. -They have a bigger house. -tend to have more members. -dues cost more but doesn't correlated. That's about it. There are houses older on Jefferson, and houses younger on University. There are houses with great influence on Jefferson, and low influence on University. A geographic location, in this situation, doesn't really determine much, unless you overthink it. Also-if you think a University Blvd. house is a "Regular frat," you ought consider what 97% of the nations Greek life looks like. They're decadent mansions built out of pride.
