How many other girls WANT to pref them does not influence your chances of getting them back. The sororities invite back the girls they want based on the RFM numbers that are established for them. They do the choosing, not so much the PNM's. Also, no sorority knows how the PNM's rank them so it is not a consideration in voting to ask them back or not. If they want you then they want you.
