Chi O is a top tier house bc they take girls from well connected families They have some cool girls but also plenty of dull ordinary ones. So many houses like xo recruit based on your “last name”/connections rather than personality. It’s not just XO that’s like that though, a lot of the “prestigious” chapters have super outdated systems. My house has a reputation of being very christian yet we 100% discriminate based on zip code, family income etc. It’s always felt kind of wrong to me.
