It depends on why they dropped you and if you can fix that. At some houses you may have been borderline and gotten dropped, and in that case they might not remember why they dropped you last year. But at other houses they may have more of a reason to drop you and you would be surprised at how good people's memories are when your face is up again during membership selection. The more competitive houses are already more competitive and have lots of girls wanting them. All houses have girls going through with connections, and it's amped up at the more competitive houses because there are so many girls vying for those spots. So generally you are less likely to get a bid from them if you go through again as a sophomore.
