These are two of the very best houses at Bama and you can’t go wrong either way. If you are concerned about grades, go XO. Although DDD is also usually in top 5 for grades, so it’s pretty close. If you want to be very involved, pick either. Depends on the year which house is most involved. Last year XO was more involved, but the year before I’d have said DDD. If you are from a small town, go XO. I think there are more non big city girls in XO and you might feel more comfortable. If you are from OOR, go DDD. They have more geographic diversity. If you are super status conscious or care a lot about tradition, slight nod to DDD. Both are OR and traditionally top, but DDD has stronger history on campus. If you are laid back and chill, go either. If you like Greek week, go XO. If you are really into philanthropy, go DDD. If you like to go out, go either. I see lots of both out and at parties. Bottom line, go with your heart. You’ll be very lucky to run home to either. These two houses have the best overall mix of girls at Bama. Good luck!\n\n\n\n\n
